Ingredients:
Vinaigrette - For Fresh Greens or Salads
½ Whole Fresh Lime, Lemon or Orange squeezed
ABEYA Pure Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp of Maple Syrup
4-5 Mini sweet peppers (optional)
1-2 shallots (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Squeeze fresh lemon, lime and/or orange into a small bowl
Add 1-2 tablespoons of ABEYA toasted sesame oil
Add maple syrup to taste
Throw in finely chopped garlic (optional), salt and pepper to taste!
Finely chop up colorful sweet peppers and shallots and soak these in the bowl of vinaigrette. Add golden raisins as optional.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add to fresh greens or salads and toss and plate.
Garnish salad with crispy potato chips or blue corn chips (optional)
Plate and enjoy.
